No WiFi as promised. No channels other than local. No soap at all in bathroom or room at all, we had to buy some to wash our hands etc. Clean enough, but no cleaning was offered during our stay. We asked for assistance around TV and WiFi two or three times, but nobody came as promised. 3 chairs at table but 4 of us staying in the room. Upstairs room, which we weren't informed about (pics suggest its single story accommodation) so wasn't great having a child with a disability. Nice location, view is of powerlines so a bit ordinary. Loud traffic noise as it's on a main road. Room wasn't ready at 2pm check-in after driving 11 hours from interstate - so we had to wait in the check-in area for around 30 minutes. Lots of places to eat nearby and supermarkets etc.

Rowville has alot of handy shops nearby like your major stores, Kmart, Woolies, Coles etc and also fast food restaurants. From our hotel it was very convenient as everything was there. Its also close to the Basketball stadium and Dandenong for the markets etc. It was easy to get to and from places as access to the highways etc was close by. We were in Melbourne for a wedding so we didnt get to check any other activities in the area but Rowville area is a great place to stay for convenience and locality.
