There are many facets to residential construction, building new homes, renovation and additions, town houses, multi unit developments at Lexicon Gulf Constructions we have experienced them all. The thing that we enjoy as builders is that every single project presents a unique challenge. There are logistical challenges such as an apartment renovation in South Yarra where all materials had to be delivered and removed through a small third floor window. Or special technical requirements like an energy efficient home built off grid high on a hill in the country town of Jindivick where a worm farm sewerage treatment system for recycling water to the orchard had to be installed. Or the challenge may simply be ensuring the timely delivery of imported supplies.
