DePalo Homes is a family owned and run business, it was established in 1980 in Australia by Michael DePalo as M&F Home Improvement. Previously to 1980 Michael had worked in partnership with his brothers under the name DePalo and DePalo after immigrating to Australia from Italy in 1967. Michael has 53yrs of experience in the building industry and prides himself on attention to detail and excellence of finished work.

In 1990 the company evolved again this time his son Frank joined as a partner and formed a new company , DePalo Homes Pty Ltd.

Frank has an Advanced Certifcate in Architectural Drafting and Design as well as a Building Supervisory License and a member of the Master Builder’s Association of South Australia.

DePalo Homes prides itself on providing quality workmanship and costumer service. Our motto is “we build for you, as we build for ourselves” this we take very serious .We can work with your own design or we can help you design your dream home from quote to finish. All this is done in a professional manner. You deal with the owner and director of the company so there is no middle man. One person will guide through out your whole building experience.
