Creative Designs Drafting Services is a Building and Design Business. I am a Building Designer / Draftsperon and Carpenter and I have over 20 years experience in the building industry.

About Us

I am a Building Designer and perform a myriad of skills ranging from New House Designs, Existing Dwelling Building Alterations and Roof Conversions, 2D computer designs and 3D conceptual drawings, carpentry and general maintenance, building repairs, pergolas and raised decks, installation of doors, French doors, patio (alfresco) door systems, bi fold and multifold doors systems, window and aluminium sliding door replacements, minor roofing and guttering repairs and much more .

A little background on myself.

I have been involved in Domestic House Designs for over 20 years and I have the necessary technical support for the provision of the required engineering, surveying, planning, house energy ratings, private certifications etc to enable a complete design package to be provided. I also specialise in the installation of doors and have done so for over 10 years covering all facets of installations.
