David Reid Homes Adelaide was established in 2011 by Lynton Pearce and Dameon Norris.

Since 1979 Lynton has been building quality homes in Adelaide and has the reputation of being a builder with extremely high standards. This is evident with many of his clients returning again or referring family and friends to his services. Lynton prides himself on his quality workmanship, attention to detail, knowledge and passion for the industry. He takes his reputation very seriously and will ensure you are completely satisfied with every aspect of your new home.

Dameon's background is the defence industry where for 25 years he worked with the Royal Australian Navy as a combat system technician/engineer and project manager, he holds an electronic engineering and project management qualifications. Dameon is now following his passion for building architectural homes and undertaking high end renovations by working as the project manager for David Reid Homes Adelaide. "Working with the backing of a national company has really allowed our building company to offer something different to the Adelaide market."

Both Lynton and Dameon live in the franchise area and support local suppliers.
