Our organisation commenced business in 1969, and at that time had traded under the name of Formwork Constructions. As the name suggests, the principal activity performed was as form-worker to builders/civil engineers within the industry.

Being one of the largest formwork operations within the state, the company was involved in numerous types of projects from: Bridges, Football Stadiums, Festival Centres, Multi Storey Buildings and so on.

In 1980 it was clear that the future of the company lay in areas other than formwork. Mr John Barei joined the company as the General Manager and immediately proceeded to transform the formwork organisation into a general builder and civil engineering contractor.
